No. We use purified water systems and professional-grade squeegees that leave windows perfectly streak-free, guaranteed.
Can you clean windows on tall or multi-story homes?
Absolutely. We have the equipment and experience to safely clean windows on all home types, including two and three-story homes.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most homeowners benefit from window cleaning 1–2 times per year. We recommend spring and fall cleanings to keep your windows looking their best year-round.
Gutter Cleaning
How often should gutters be cleaned?
We recommend cleaning your gutters at least once a year, ideally in late fall after leaves have dropped. Homes with heavy tree coverage may benefit from twice-yearly cleanings.
What happens if I don't clean my gutters?
Clogged gutters can lead to water overflow, which causes damage to your foundation, siding, and landscaping. Regular cleaning prevents costly repairs.
Do you flush the downspouts?
Yes. Every gutter cleaning includes flushing the downspouts to ensure water flows freely from roof to ground.
Do you clean up the debris?
Yes. We remove and bag all gutter debris and leave your property clean and tidy.
Pressure Washing
What surfaces can you pressure wash?
We pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, decks, patios, siding, fences, retaining walls, and more.
Is pressure washing safe for my siding?
Yes, when done by professionals. We adjust pressure levels based on the surface material to ensure effective cleaning without damage.
How long does pressure washing take?
Job duration depends on the size of the area. A standard driveway typically takes 1–2 hours. We’ll give you a time estimate when you book.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily, but we do ask that you ensure we have access to a water source. We’ll communicate all details when confirming your appointment.
